Biodata format: for marriage and for a job
The word means two documents. A marriage biodata is the page families exchange before a meeting. A job biodata is the page attached to an application. Both are label-and-value rows on one sheet, and the same form makes either.

Which one do you need?
- Marriage biodata
- Personal details with the birth details and height, the horoscope rows if the family uses them, education and career, the family, and who to contact. Read by the other family; the format pages cover it by language and by community.

- What is a biodata format?
- The set of rows a biodata carries and their order. For marriage it is personal, family, education and contact rows; for a job it is the post, education, experience, skills and a declaration. Both pages here show every row.
- Is a biodata the same as a resume?
- No. A job biodata leads with personal details and ends with a signed declaration; a resume leads with skills and leaves personal details off. A marriage biodata is a different document again.
