Cancellation & Refund Policy

The short version

Before you pay anything you can see your own name, your own photograph and your own details laid into every template at full size — the preview holds back some rows behind *****, so it is the design you are judging rather than the finished file. If you want a complete one to look at first, there are six finished examples you can open for nothing.

Because the PDF is generated and delivered the moment payment succeeds, a completed download is not usually refundable. But if you were charged and did not get your file, or were charged twice, that is our problem to fix and we refund it.

We refund these, without argument

• Payment taken, no PDF. If money left your account and no file arrived, we refund in full.
• Charged more than once for the same biodata. We refund the duplicates.
• The file is broken — it will not open, prints corrupted, or the details in it are not the ones you entered. We will fix it first if you would rather have the biodata than the money back; your choice.

We generally do not refund these

• A completed download where the file is correct — you previewed the same document before paying.
• Choosing a different template afterwards, or changing your mind about the design.
• Typing something incorrectly. Tell us and we will help you fix and re-download it.

“Generally” is doing real work in that heading. If your situation is not on either list, write to us and a person will read it.

Cancelling

There is no subscription and nothing that renews, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay once, for one download. If you never pay, nothing is charged and nothing is stored beyond what the privacy policy describes.

How to ask

Email contact@biomaker.app from the address you used at checkout, or use the contact page. Include the date and roughly what time you paid — that is enough to find the transaction.

We aim to reply within two working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, and is usually five to seven working days.

Delivery

BioMaker sells a digital file. Nothing is posted. Your PDF downloads in the browser as soon as payment succeeds, and a copy is emailed to the address you gave at checkout so you can find it again later.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check the spam folder before writing to us — it is where it usually is.
