Contact Us
Questions about a purchase, something wrong with a file, or feedback on the product — all of it reaches the same inbox, and a person reads it.
What to expect when you write
Email is the most reliable way to reach us and we reply within two working days, usually sooner. If the phone rings out, send an email and you will still get a reply. If you are writing about a payment, include the date and roughly what time you paid; that is enough for us to find it.
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST.

Answers that might save you the wait
Nearly everyone who writes in is asking one of these three, and all three have an answer right now.
- Your PDF hasn't arrived
- It downloads in the browser the moment payment succeeds, and a copy goes to the email address you gave at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing after a few minutes, write to us with the date and roughly what time you paid, and we will find the transaction and send it.
- You need to change something on it
- The file you bought re-downloads free for ever — open BioMaker in the same browser you bought it in and press download; your details are still there and there is no account to log into. Changing something first spends the one free edit your purchase includes, which is enough for the mistake somebody spots a week later; a further changed download is a new purchase. There is no clock on any of it. The terms set this out in full.
- You want a refund, or your details removed
- Charged and no file, or charged twice — we refund it, no argument. The refund policy says exactly what is and is not covered. To have a stored biodata deleted, email from the address you used at checkout and ask; the privacy policy covers what is kept and for how long.
