1. Information We Collect

While you fill the form and look at the preview, the details you enter — name, date of birth, family information, photos and so on — stay in your own browser. Nothing reaches us until you buy.

When you buy a biodata, we keep the details you entered and the PDF we produced. That is what lets us email you the file, send it again if you lose it, and sort out any payment problem. We keep it for 12 months and then delete it. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

We use Google Analytics to count page views and to see which steps people complete — starting the form, opening the preview, downloading. It tells us where the site is confusing so we can fix it.

What we send is limited to that: which page, which step, which template, which language. Nothing you type into the form is ever sent to analytics — not your name, your photo, your family details or your contact information. Those are used only to make your biodata, exactly as described above.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your preview and your biodata PDF
• To email you the PDF you bought, and to send it again if you ask
• To process payments securely through Razorpay
• To respond to your support inquiries and feedback
• To improve our designs and user experience

3. Data Storage & Security

An unfinished biodata lives in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it; Reset form clears it. A purchased one is held in an access-controlled database and file store that only we can reach, over encrypted connections, and is deleted after 12 months. Payments go through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway — we never see or store your card details.

4. Photos & Images

A photo you add is cropped in your browser and travels with the rest of your details in the request that generates your PDF. If you buy the biodata, the photo is part of what we keep — inside your saved details and inside the PDF — for the same 12 months.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties:

• Hosting & PDF rendering — the infrastructure that serves this site and produces your PDF
• Supabase — the database and file storage holding purchased biodatas
• SendGrid — delivers your PDF by email
• Razorpay — for secure payment processing
• Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics
• Trustpilot — if you buy, your email address is passed on so they can invite you to review BioMaker. Your biodata is never sent to them, and you can ignore the invitation or ask us to stop sending them

6. Cookies

We use local storage to keep your theme preference and your in-progress biodata on your own device, so you do not lose your work if you close the tab. That never leaves your browser.

Google Analytics also sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. You can block them with any cookie or tracking blocker, or by using private browsing — the site works exactly the same either way, and nothing about making or downloading a biodata depends on them.

7. Your Rights

There are no accounts here, so nothing is stored until you buy. If you have bought a biodata and want your copy removed before the 12 months are up, email us from the address you paid with and we will delete it. You can ask what we hold at any time.
