Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BioMaker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BioMaker provides an online platform for creating biodata documents. You can choose a design, enter your details, see how it looks and download it as a PDF.

3. Templates & pricing

  • Every template is included. There is no premium tier and no per-template charge
  • You can build and preview a biodata, in any template, without paying
  • The one-time payment is for the download, and the price is shown before you pay
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card details

4. Complaints

BioMaker has a named grievance officer, and a complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require. Their name and contact details are on the contact page.

5. Downloads and edits

For 24 hours after you pay, downloading again is free and unlimited — change the template, fix a line, download as many times as you like. After that you still get one free edit, for the mistake somebody spots a week later. Once that one is used, a further download is a new purchase at the price shown — this clause says so plainly because it is the only part of it that costs money.

Use the same browser you bought it in: your details are stored there, not in an account. A copy of the PDF is also emailed to the address you gave at checkout, so you always have one.

6. Refund Policy

Since the biodata PDF is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not provided. However, if payment was deducted but the PDF was not delivered, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
  • Uploaded photos must be owned by you or used with permission

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork and visual assets are the property of BioMaker. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the generated biodata for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

BioMaker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any errors in your biodata content, as all information is entered by you.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
