A school reads three things first: the teaching qualification, the TET or CTET, and which subjects and classes you have taught. This set puts each on the sheet as its own row. Below is a filled sample and the rows the form starts with.

- B.Ed / D.El.Ed
- The teaching qualification, with the university and the year. Its own row rather than a line inside education, because it is the row the appointment turns on.
- TET / CTET
- Which paper, which year, state or central. Leave the row out if you have not sat it; do not leave it blank.
- Subjects
- What you teach, as it appears on the timetable — Mathematics, Science, English.
- Classes taught
- The range, in the school's own words: Classes 6 to 8, Classes 9 and 10, Pre-primary.
- Medium of instruction

Questions
- Where does B.Ed go — under education or on its own?
- On its own row, after the degrees. It is the qualification the appointment turns on, and a school should not have to find it inside a line.
- What if I have not sat TET or CTET?
- Delete the row. An empty row reads as a missing qualification; an absent one reads as not applicable.
- Is it free?
