Biodata format for a government job
A government form asks for rows a private employer does not: the post and advertisement number, category, domicile state and a permanent address beside the present one. This set carries them. Below is a filled sample and the rows the form starts with.

The rows a government form asks for
Fill them exactly as your certificates read; the biodata is checked against them.
- Post applied for
- The post name and the advertisement number, as printed in the notification.
- Category
- General, OBC, SC, ST or EWS, as on the certificate. An ordinary optional row — delete it if the form does not ask.
- Domicile state
- The state whose domicile certificate you hold. Many posts reserve seats on it.
- Permanent and present address
- Both, as the form has two boxes. The permanent one is the address on your documents.
- Education by level
- 10th, 12th, graduation and post-graduation with the board or university, the year and the percentage — the order most application forms use.
- Declaration
- The sentence the form itself carries, then place, date and your signature by hand. It is filled in for you.

- If the form asks, yes, exactly as the certificate reads. The row is optional and can be deleted like any other.
- Do I need both addresses?
- Most government forms have two boxes, so the set carries both. If they are the same, write the same address in both or delete one row.
- Is it free?

- Can I make it in Hindi?
